I saw this product being used in a YouTube video, thought it looked fantastic. So, did some research and every report was positive, most saying it was the best on the market; and so I bought one. Delivery was quick, unpacked and setting up was a breeze. Bad news bit - I still haven't used it yet! I have set it up, and have run a pre-cook test, so it works fine!
Works as advertised, happy the device operates without the need of the app.
Purchased this product about a month ago and have used it several times. Ordering via the website was quick and easy. Delivery was as scheduled. Have used the product several times and the pizza, chicken wings and fish were cooked well. We eat a lot of fish and unlike my last air fryers, the fish didn’t stick to the tray.
It is easy to clean, I don’t have a dish washer and it was a bit awkward at first to wash the tray but I’m ok with it now.
My only issue is a small cosmetic issue,there is a small gap on the outside where it doesn’t join exactly to the body of the air fryer but this isn’t a major issue and hasn’t affected use.
I haven’t used the self clean function as yet, it really hasn’t got that dirty but I’ll be using self clean soon’
I would highly recommend this product, worth the money.

I bought this over 3 months ago and have used it every day since.. I really do think it's a brilliant piece of kit,, it cooks food beautifully, it's solidly built and very easy to keep clean. It still looks brand new.
Not only that, following a problem that i created, I contacted their customer service and it was sorted out in less than 5 days without any fuss. Exceptional service!
